How To Make Refrigerated Cake / Graham Cake With Assorted Toppings
Another variety of our well loved no bake graham cake dessert in which we chose toppings that will delight chocolate lovers such as nips, chocolate pretzels and chocolate wafer sticks.
This no bake cake recipe is very easy to make. Just prepare the cream mixture, then layer mixture, graham crackers and toppings repeatedly in a container.

To make this refrigerated cake, first whisk all-purpose cream in a bowl until it doubles in volume. Add condensed milk and blend it well with the cream. You can use a mixer for a faster work. Add 1 tsp of Coffee powder in the mixture mix it well to completely dissolve the coffee powder.
On a container or baking dish of your choice, pour the cream mixture in the base. Arrange a layer of Graham crackers on top of the cream then pour another cream mixture on top the graham layer. Make sure the Graham crackers is evenly spread with the cream. Put fillings of pretzels and marshmallows. You can use your favorite brand of marshmallow and pretzel. You can also add some Nips Chocolate for more fillings. Crush 3 to 4 pieces of Stik-O or chocolate wafer roll. Seal the filling with another layer of Graham crackers, then pour in the layer of Graham crackers another coat of cream mixture.
After making sure the cream evenly covers the Graham layer. Arrange another layer of Graham crackers. Repeat layering of crackers, filling and cream.
For the toppings, put some pretzels, marshmallows, crushed chocolate wafer rolls and crushed Grahams. If you want more sweets you can add Nips chocolates on the toppings. Chill or freeze overnight. Plate and serve chilled.
What other toppings can we use?
There’s no limit to what you can use as a topping as long as it’s taste blends well with the other toppings. In this recipe you can add up candy sprinkles, mini mallows and the like.
Tips on Cooking this recipe
- Chill all purpose cream and condensed milk before using for more frothiness.
- You can use heavy cream in place of the all purpose cream for thicker texture.
- Use a square or rectangular pans relative to the size of the graham crackers to make it easier to layer.
