Tips on MAKING this recipe
Soak the Jelly Gulaman: Before cutting the jelly gulaman, soak it in water as per the package instructions. This softens it, making it easier to cut into small cubes.
Adjust Sweetness: Taste the cream mixture before pouring it into the ice candy bags. If you want it sweeter, add more condensed creamer or a bit of sugar. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
Experiment with Add-ins: Have fun by adding extra ingredients like fruit pieces, nata de coco, or tapioca pearls. These extras give your ice candy more flavor and texture, making it even tastier!
- Seal Properly: Seal the ice candy bags tightly to prevent any leakage during freezing.
