HOW TO make Avocado Graham Cake
Firstly, slice open 1 kilo of avocado. Then remove the seeds. Use a spoon to get the avocado and place it in a bowl. Next, mash the avocado. In a separate container, add 2 packs/ 500 ml of All Purpose Cream. Mix/ whisk until double in volume. Add 1 can of condensed milk (chilled overnight). Mix until well combined. Then, add the mashed avocado. Mix until well combined. In a separate container, add a small amount of the mixture on the bottom part. Then, place 210 grams/ 1 pack of graham crackers. Then, layer the cream mixture. Place the graham crackers after the cream mixture. Then, layer again with cream mixture. Repeat the process until all ingredients are consumed. Add crushed graham on top (optional). Top with sliced avocado. Then, freeze overnight.
