HOW TO COOK GUISADONG MANOK ( Easy Pinoy Chicken Recipes )
First, heat a pan and drizzle with cooking oil. Sauté garlic then add onions. Put in carrots, stir fry, and then add potatoes. Season with salt to taste and a dash of black pepper. Continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.
Put in the chicken. Season with soy sauce and continue to stir fry to cook the chicken. Then add in water and mix well. Put in chicken cube and dissolve it. Add the tomato sauce, mix and bring into a boil. Add the ketchup. Stir then add salt to taste and a dash of black pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens. Remove from heat, serve and enjoy.

You can add the water once the chicken has been seared enough by seeing light brown crisps on the chicken.

Ingredients
- 670 grams Chicken sliced in serving portions
- 1 pack Tomato sauce 250 ml
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 pc Carrots cubed
- 2 pcs Potatoes cubed
- 1 pc Onion sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic sliced
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 pc Chicken cube
- 2 cups Water
- Cooking Oil
