Easy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings Recipe
Learn how to cook garlic parmesan flavored chicken wings in just 5 minutes. Chicken wings are so easy to cook finger food. Instead of the usual strong flavor of buffalo wings in this recipe the mild flavor of garlic parmesan will give a new twist of flavor for chicken wings.
In this recipe, the chicken wings are coated with seasoned flour then fried. Once the skin is crispy, it was drizzled with melted butter, garlic, and a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese.

How to cook Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
Place the chicken wings in a medium-size bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch, a dash of ground black pepper. Thoroughly rub the chicken wings with the ingredients. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat 2 – 3 cups of cooking oil in a frying pan. Dredge the marinated chicken wings first with flour before deep frying. Deep fry until it turns golden brown in color. Set aside.
Melt 100 grams of butter in a clean separate pan in medium heat. Add 5 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of parsley, a pinch of salt, and a dash of black ground pepper. Stir then add the fried chicken wings. Coat the fried chicken wings with seasoned melted butter. Pour 1/4 – 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. Mix then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
