Ingredients

  • 670 grams Chicken sliced in serving portions
  • 1 pack Tomato sauce 250 ml
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 pc Carrots cubed
  • 2 pcs Potatoes cubed
  • 1 pc Onion sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic sliced
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 pc Chicken cube
  • 2 cups Water
  • Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • Heat pan and sauté garlic. Add onions.
  • Put in carrots, stir fry, and then add potatoes.
  • Add salt to taste and a dash of black pepper. Continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add chicken. Season with soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
  • Add water, mix well. Put in chicken cube and dissolve it. Add the tomato sauce, mix and bring into a boil.
  • Add the ketchup. Stir then add salt to taste and a dash of black pepper.  Simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat, serve and enjoy.
