- 670 grams Chicken sliced in serving portions
- 1 pack Tomato sauce 250 ml
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 pc Carrots cubed
- 2 pcs Potatoes cubed
- 1 pc Onion sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic sliced
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 pc Chicken cube
- 2 cups Water
- Cooking Oil
Heat pan and sauté garlic. Add onions.
Put in carrots, stir fry, and then add potatoes.
Add salt to taste and a dash of black pepper. Continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add chicken. Season with soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
Add water, mix well. Put in chicken cube and dissolve it. Add the tomato sauce, mix and bring into a boil.
Add the ketchup. Stir then add salt to taste and a dash of black pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat, serve and enjoy.
