Ingredients:

548 grams Squid (Pusit)
1/4 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Sprite (lemon soda)
1/4 cup Vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Procedure:

  1. Debone all the squid.
  2. In a hot pan, add some cooking oil.
  3. Saute 3 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 piece of chopped onion.
  4. Next, add the 548 grams of debones squid then saute.
  5. Add 1/3 cup of soy sauce and let it simmer.
  6. Add 1/4 cup vinegar.
  7. Add 2 tablespoon of sugar then mix it.
  8. Now, add the 1/2 cup of sprite and let it simmer.
  9. Mix it from time to time.
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Lastly, add 2 finger chili then let it simmer again.
