How to cook Adobong Pusit
To cook Adobong pusit, first debone all the squid. In a hot pan, add some cooking oil. Sauté 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 piece of chopped onion. Next, add the 548 grams of deboned squids then sauté with the onion and garlic.
Add 1/3 cup of soy sauce. Let it simmer then add 1/4 cup vinegar. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar then stir. Gradually add the 1/2 cup of lemon soda then let it simmer. Stir it from time to time.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Lastly, add 2 finger chili then let it simmer again. Transfer on a serving plate. Enjoy!
