How to cook Pork Giniling

Pork Giniling

To cook Pork giniling, pour some cooking oil into a hot pan. Sauté 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 piece of chopped onion in the pan. Add the ground pork, stir until the meat is cook. Gradually add the diced potatoes and carrots. Let it cook.

To enhance the taste add pork broth cube. Pour 250ml of tomato sauce let it boil for a while. Add 320ml of catsup, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and a dash of ground pepper. Let it simmer.
