HOW TO make Shepherd's Pie

Prepare all of the ingredients and place your sliced potato in the pot, cover with water, add salt, and boil for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, mash the boiled potato and season with salt and pepper to taste, two egg yolks, and two tablespoons fresh milk, and mix well. Add grated cheese and butter and mix it again and into a pan add ground pork and saute it until slightly cooked. After that add white onion, 3 cloves of garlic,1 piece of grated carrots,grated cheese,a pinch of thyme,1 tablespoon of liquid seasoning and tomato paste.
And put the cooked ground pork into a glass container, after that add the mash potato and add grated cheese into the top and bake it for 20-25 minutes and after 25 minutes it’s ready to serve.

Can we use Ground beef instead of Pork?

Yes, you can. Ground beef is a versatile meat that is high in protein, iron, and zinc and comes in a variety of lean to fatty cuts. So it’s a yes! you can use ground beef.

Difference between DRIED ROSEMARY and FRESH ROSEMARY

Dried rosemary is more potent than fresh rosemary, so if you are interchanging the two, use 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary for 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, or vice versa.

If your recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, you can use ¼ teaspoon of dried rosemary. *Note that these substitution measurements for fresh and dried rosemary can be applied to all herbs.

  • 640 grams Potato
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 200 grams Cheese
  • Salt
  • Black Ground Pepper
  • 400 grams Ground Pork
  • 1 small White Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 small Carrots
  • 2-4 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Seasoning
  • Rose mary Pinch
  • Thyme Pinch

Instructions
