Tips on making milo donuts

– It is better if you got a wire whisk this makes the job a lot easier. If you do not have one you can use a fork but it will just take longer time.
– You can use any pan that is good for deep frying but in this recipe we used a sauce pan
– You can use 2 spoons to mold the donut into your desired shape but you can also use your hand to mold it. We tried using gloves but the dough sticks to the gloves so it is better to use bare hands if you want to do it that way.
– While deep frying – this depends to the amount of oil you used but you may want to keep moving or rotating the donuts so it will be evenly cooked.
– If you do not have a double boiler you can use a sauce pan then put a stainless bowl on top of the pan. You can use a mixing bowl on top some people use this but for safety reasons we prefer stainless steel.
