Prepare all of the ingredients, peel and cut the potato into small pieces. In a pot, add water, salt, and the potato and boil it until it is cooked. Drain and mash the potatoes, then add the butter, salt, garlic powder, and white pepper and mix well. Add the milk gradually. To make the gravy, dissolve the beef cube in 2 cups of water in a pan, then add the butter and flour mixture gradually into the pan, and when the sauce is thick, add the chicken evaporated, soy sauce, and black pepper, and it’s ready to serve.

  • 1.188 grams Potatoes
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Rock Salt
  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • 5 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Water
  • 250 ml Chicken Evap
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 pc 1 Piece Beef Cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Sage
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1-2 tsp Soy Sauce
