Ingredients

  • 1.188 grams Potatoes
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Rock Salt
  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • 5 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Water
  • 250 ml Chicken Evap
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 pc 1 Piece Beef Cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Sage
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1-2 tsp Soy Sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare all of the ingredients and peel and cut the potato into small pieces.
  • In a pot, add water, salt, and the potato and boil it until it is cooked.
  • Drain and mash the potatoes, then add the butter.
  • Add salt, garlic powder, and white pepper and mix well.
  • Add the milk gradually. To make the gravy, dissolve the beef cube.
  • In 2 cups of water in a pan, then add the butter and flour mixture gradually into the pan.
  • When the sauce is thick, add the chicken evaporated, soy sauce, and black pepper, and it's ready to serve.
