     Start cooking Soy Garlic Sauce by mixing sugar, water, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Make a cornstarch mixture by dissolving 1tsp cornstarch with water. Pour in cornstarch mixture in the pan and stir. Simmer until sauce thickens. Remove the pan from heat, transfer to a sauce bowl and serve. Enjoy!

  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp garlic grated
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tbsp water to dissolve cornstarch
