How To Make Tonkatsu Sauce
Tonkatsu sauce is a sweet tangy sauce often referred to as Japanese-style barbeque sauce. The literal translation of Tonkatsu is pork cutlet sauce from the word Tonkatsu which means deep-fried pork cutlet.
To make this sauce quick and easy combine soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, and Worcestershire.

Tokatsu Sauce procedure
In a medium-size bowl combine 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire and 1/2 cup of ketchup. Mix to combine the ingredients well. Some ketchup brand are sweeter than the other. Taste and adjust the seasonings to your preference.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
