HOW TO COOK Crispy fries with cheese sauce

First, prepare all needed ingredients and for our first step peel all the potatoes needed and slice it into stick. Prepare 1.5 liters and put it into a bowl put 1/4 corn syrup on it and mix it well, put the slice potato on that bowl and mix it. After that drain the slice potato and pat dry it using towel. Boil some water and add the potatoes on the boiling water, and after that drained the boiled potatoes, and potatoes should be wobbly at this point of time. Put it into a certain bowl and add 1/4 cup of  corn starch and gently toss potato to coat it with corn starch.

 
 Blanch potatoes in cooking oil for 40-50 seconds, after that freeze and chill the potato for  at least  30 minutes. After 30 minutes, deep fry it until golden brown.  After that we will make cheese sauce, we first need to prepare the pan and add butter then add 100 ml milk and pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of parsley, garlic powder and some chili powder and dash of black pepper and add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix it well and lastly add the 1/2 cup of  cheddar cheese. After making the cheese sauce prepare the potato fries and serve and enjoy. 

Where to buy cheedar cheese?

There so many Cheddar Cheese available online, and to your FB marketplace. But you can also buy it from SM Supermarket or on some convenience store out there. 

What can we use if Fresh milk is not available?

Evaporated milk is the best substitute for fresh milk. Simply open a can and mix it with an equal quantity of water to use it in lieu of ordinary milk, then replace the milk in your recipe measure-for-measure.

Tips on Cooking this recipe

  • For good result of potato fries buy fresh potato on the market. 
  • Check the potato after boiling if it is wobbly enough 
  • Make sure to drain the potato fries well to prevent it from being too oily.
