Easy Spanish Sardines Pasta Recipe

Easy Spanish Sardines Pasta Recipe. A Simple and Easy Recipe of Sardines Pasta Made of Spaghetti Pasta, Spanish Sardines, Tomatoes and Onion.

Ingredients:

240 grams Spanish Sardines
4 pieces Tomato
1 piece Onion
3 cloves Garlic
300 grams Spaghetti Pasta
1.5 liter Water (For Pasta)
Salt and Black pepper
Cooking Oil

Procedure:

  1. Precook 300 grams of Spaghetti Pasta. Set aside. 
  2. Heat a pan with cooking oil. Saute 3 clove of minced garlic and 1 piece of minced red onion. 
  3. Add 4 pieces of sliced tomatoes. Stir fry the ingredients until cooked.
  4. Pour 240 grams of Spanish Sardines. Stir and let it cook for  while.
  5. Take out the Sardines and remove the bones before placing it again on the pan. 
  6. Shred the sardines meat. 
  7. Add a pinch of salt and a dash of black ground pepper. 
  8. Add the precooked 300 grams of spaghetti pasta. 
  9. Stir to evenly coat the pasta with the sardines sauce.
  10. Add salt as needed depending on your preferred taste. 
  11. Pass on a serving plate. Serve and Enjoy!
