HOW TO COOK Chicken Macaroni Sopas


First prepare all the needed ingredients and put oil in the pan, sautee the chicken and 1 piece of onion and garlic, after that add 1 tablespoon of butter, chicken franks,1 piece of carrots, and lastly the macaroni. After that boil 6 cups of water, and then add the chicken and carrots mixture, add 1 can of evaporated milk and boil it for 9 minutes. After 9 minutes add another 2 cups of water, dash some pepper, and add cabbage and after that it’s ready to serve.

Where can i buy chicken franks?

We bought it from SM Supermarket, but I believe it is also available at other retail stores. You can also check online merchants and wholesale food sellers.

What can we use if we don't have cabbage?

Pak Choy is another name for the same vegetable as Bok Choy. It’s a Chinese white cabbage that is like regular cabbage. Bok choy can be substituted for Cabbage on the other hand, the leaves have a bitter taste. You may easily remove them if you’d rather just eat this veggie for its flavor.

  • 352 grams Chicken Fillet
  • 3 pcs Chicken Franks
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 pc Carrots
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 pc Chicken cubes
  • 300 grams Macaroni Pasta
  • 8 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 can Evaporated Creamer/Milk
  • 1 pc Cabbage
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper


  • Prepare all the needed ingredients.
  • Put oil in the pan, sautee the chicken and one piece of onion and garlic.
  • After that add 1 tablespoon of butter chicken franks, one piece of carrots.
  • Add the Macaroni.
  • Boil the 6 cups of water, and then add the chicken and carrots mixture.
  • Add the  one can of evaporated milk and boil it for 9 minutes.
  • After 9 minutes add another two cups of water.
  • Dash some pepper, and add cabbage.
  • After that it's ready to serve.
