HOW TO COOK baked spaghetti

Prepare first all the needed ingredients for your Baked Spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti in a sizable pot of salted boiling water until al dente, drain then set aside. In a pan add oil then add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft and translucent. After that add the ground pork and season with salt and black pepper until browned. Afterwards add the mushroom, spaghetti sauce, cheese and hotdog then stir smoothly until well-combined then add condensed milk and pinch of salt. Combine the sauce and the pasta and mix until well-combined. For making the white sauce pour the fresh milk, quick melt cheese, sugar, all-purpose cream and add slurry water with cornstarch then simmer until sauce is slightly thick. In a foil container layer with the pasta sauce then add the spaghetti then add the white sauce then add a dash of parmesan cheese on the top then bake for 8-10 minutes at 180°C. Serve and enjoy!

  • 7 pcs Hotdogs
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 70 grams Cheese
  • 165 grams Quickmelt Cheese
  • 250 grams All Purpose Cream
  • 400 grams Spaghetti Pasta
  • 700 grams Spaghetti Sauce
  • 155 grams Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Fresh Milk
  • 1 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 2 ltr Water Water (For Pasta)
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions
