HOW TO COOK CREAMY TUNA PENNE PASTA RECIPE
Start cooking this pasta dish by boiling water in a pot to cook the pasta. Once the water is boiling, add in salt. Drop pasta and cook for 10 to 13 minutes or until its al dente. Drain pasta and set aside.
To cook the sauce, melt in margarine in a pan. Sauté white onion, then add garlic once onions are translucent. Pour in tuna flakes and stir. Once boiling, add the mushrooms. Pour in all purpose cream then mix. Add in evaporated milk and continue to stir. Add grated cheese and stir until cheese dissolves in the sauce. Season with black pepper.
Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until pasta is well coated in sauce. Transfer to a plate, serve and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2 cans Tuna flakes 155g each
- 1 pc Onion minced
- 82.5 grams Cheese
- 300 grams Penne Pasta
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 can Mushrooms 155g
- 185 ml Evaporated milk
- 1 pack All purpose cream 250ml
- 1.5-2 liters Penne Pasta
- 1 tbsp Salt for cooking pasta
- 25 grams Margarine
