How to cook Sauteed Sardines with cabbage
To cook Sautéed sardines with cabbage, sauté 1 piece of chopped onion, 2 pieces of tomato slices until in turns light brown in color. Add 1 can of sardines in tomato sauce. Sauté the sardines with the onion and tomatoes. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 cup of water consecutively then let it simmer for a while.
Add the chicken broth cubes to enhance the flavor. Adjust the flavor by adding a pinch of salt and pepper. Add some sugar, add the amount of sugar according to your preference or you can choose to put or not to put sugar.
Let it simmer for a while before putting in the cabbage. Pour another 1/2 cup of water then cover it with the lid to let it simmer.

- 1 can sardines
- 1 piece onion
- 2 pcs tomato
- 1 piece chicken broth cubes
- 1 and 1/2 cup water
- salt
