HOW TO make Peach Mango Pie like Jollibee

Peach Mango Pie like Jollibee | Mas Mura | Pang Negosyo

Peel/remove 2-3 pieces of mango using a glass and slice them into cubes; set aside. Drain 1 can (325 grams) of peach (don’t throw the syrup) and slice the peaches into cubes. Add the mango cubes and cubed peaches to a pot; stir until the fruits slightly melt (in low-medium heat). Then, add 1/4 cup of peach syrup and stir the mixture. Incorporate 1/2 cup of sugar, stirring again. Add 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch and 1/2 tbsp of water (slurry), stirring to mix. Adjust sugar as needed, then let it chill. Flatten loaf bread (tasty bread) with a rolling pin, remove the edges, and crack and beat 1-2 eggs in a bowl. Pour bread crumbs onto a plate. Assemble the bread and peach mango filling, brushing the edges of the bread with beaten eggs. Use a fork to seal the edges, then dip the bread into the beaten eggs and dredge it into the bread crumbs. Deep fry until crispy or golden brown.

Can I use fresh peaches and mangoes instead of canned ones?

Absolutely, using fresh peaches and mangoes enhances the flavor; adjust sugar accordingly based on their natural sweetness.

Can I bake the Peach Mango Pie instead of deep frying it?

Yes, you can bake the assembled pies in a preheated oven at 375°F until golden brown for a slightly healthier alternative to deep frying.
