Peel/remove 2-3 pieces of mango using a glass.
Slice the mangoes into cubes.
Set aside mango cubes.
Drain 1 can / 325 grams of peach (don't throw the syrup).
Slice the peach into cubes.
Add the mango cubes in a pot followed by cube peaches.
Stir until fruits are slightly melted (in low-medium heat).
Add 1/4 cup of (peach syrup).
Stir the mixture.
Add 1/2 cup of sugar.
Slightly stir again.
Add 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch and 1/2 tbsp of water (slurry).
Stir to mix.
Add sugar as needed.
let it chill. Remove
Flatten loaf bread (tasty bread) with rolling pin.
Remove the edges of the bread.
Crack and beat 1-2 pieces of eggs in a bowl.
Pour bread crumbs in a plate.
Assemble the bread and peach mango filling.
Brush the edges of bread with beaten eggs.
Use a fork to seal the edges.
Dip the bread into the beaten eggs.
Dredge into the bread crumbs.
Deep fry until crispy or golden brown.
