Peach Mango Pie like Jollibee | Mas Mura | Pang Negosyo

Ingredients

  • 3 Pcs Mango
  • 325 G Peach Halves
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Pcs Eggs
  • Bread Loaf
  • Bread crumbs
  • Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • Peel/remove 2-3 pieces of mango using a glass.
  • Slice the mangoes into cubes.
  • Set aside mango cubes.
  • Drain 1 can / 325 grams of peach (don't throw the syrup).
  • Slice the peach into cubes.
  • Add the mango cubes in a pot followed by cube peaches.
  • Stir until fruits are slightly melted (in low-medium heat).
  • Add 1/4 cup of (peach syrup).
  • Stir the mixture.
  • Add 1/2 cup of sugar.
  • Slightly stir again.
  • Add 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch and 1/2 tbsp of water (slurry).
  • Stir to mix.
  • Add sugar as needed.
  • let it chill. Remove
  • Flatten loaf bread (tasty bread) with rolling pin.
  • Remove the edges of the bread.
  • Crack and beat 1-2 pieces of eggs in a bowl.
  • Pour bread crumbs in a plate.
  • Assemble the bread and peach mango filling.
  • Brush the edges of bread with beaten eggs.
  • Use a fork to seal the edges.
  • Dip the bread into the beaten eggs.
  • Dredge into the bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry until crispy or golden brown.
