500gramschicken wing part
1cup all-purpose flour
4 tbspcornstarch
3tbspfish sauce
100grams butteror margarine
1/4 -1/2cup parmesan cheese
5clovesgarlic
1tbsp parsley
dash of pepper
salt to taste
2 - 3cups cooking oil for deep frying
Instructions
Place the chicken wings in a medium-size bowl.
Add 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch, a dash of ground black pepper.
Thoroughly rub the chicken wings with the ingredients. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat 2 - 3 cups of cooking oil in a frying pan.
Dredge the marinated chicken wings first with flour before deep frying.
Deep fry until it turns golden brown in color. Set aside.
Melt 100 grams of butter in a clean separate pan in medium heat.
Add 5 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of parsley, a pinch of salt, and a dash of black ground pepper. Stir then add the fried chicken wings.
Coat the fried chicken wings with seasoned melted butter.
Pour 1/4 - 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese.
Mix then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
