First, prepare all of the ingredients, then season 1 kilo of chicken thighs and legs with soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of calamansi, and a dash of black pepper. Mix thoroughly, then marinate for 20 to 30 minutes, or overnight. In a skillet, heat the oil for frying, then sauté the potatoes with the onion and garlic. Then add the marinated chicken and some tomato paste, add water on it then  add some bay leaf after that simmer this for 15-20 minutes then add tomato sauce. And chicken cubes, add bell pepper then simmer it for 2 minutes . Add the fried potatoes and carrots earlier, then add the green peas and mix until thoroughly blended.
