HOW TO COOK SALTED EGG CHICKEN WINGS

     Start by mixing chicken, garlic, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, cornstarch in a bowl. Add in egg and mix well. Marinate chicken for at least 15 minutes.

     Drench chicken in flour. Heat oil in a pan and once oil is hot, place the breaded chicken in. Deep fry until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside. Afterwhich, melt in margarine.

Add in chili flakesand salted egg powder. Mix well. Season with black pepper.

Turn off heat and drench fried chicken wings in the sauce. Make sure that every chicken piece was coated. Transfer chicken in a container with lid. Drizzle with salted egg powder. Cover the container and shake vigorously.

Transfer to a plate and serve.

Usually, salted egg powder can be bought in supermarkets, however, they are now available in some groceries and local public markets.

  • To make chicken tastier, marinate the chicken longer or even overnight.
