Graham cakes is a very popular and easy to make no-bake dessert. There’s a little room for error in making this dessert and can be made with a wide variety of ingredients to your hearts desire. 

Oreo Graham cake is very easy to prepare that even kids can help out making it.  There’s no need to bake, its just a matter of mixing the cream and layering ingredients. You can also add up as much ingredients as you want and be creative with your imagination.

HOW TO COOK OREO GRAHAM CAKE

     First, whisk the all purpose cream in a bowl until it gets frothy. Fold in the condensed milk and continue to shisk until mixture is fully combined.

     Prepare a baking pan and pour in a portion of the mixture, just enough to cover the base of the pan. Then, layer in graham crackers. Crumb graham crackers to cover the sides. Pour in another portion of the mixture enough to cover the crackers. Place oreo cookies on top. Cover the exposed cream with graham cracker crumbs. Pour in a portion of the mixture enough to cover the cookies. Repeat this procedure until you reach your desired height of the cake or until it leaves only an inch from the top of the pan.

     Crush Oreo cookies and sprinkle them on top of the cake. Cover the pan and freeze overnight. Serve and enjoy!

Can we use a different brand or flavor of cookies?

Definitely yes, you can use any brand or flavor of cookies depending on availability and your preference.

What baking pans can we use?

Theres no limit to any baking pan you will use. You can use aluminum, metal and even glassware baking pans as long as it will fit in your fridge. However, we recommend square or rectangular pans so that you won’t have a hard time arranging/layering the graham crackers.

Tips on Cooking this recipe

  • You can use heavy cream in place of the all purpose cream for thicker texture.
  • Chill all purpose cream and condensed milk before using for more frothiness.
  • Use square or rectangular pans relative to the size of the graham crackers to make it easier to layer.
  • You can add a layer of candy sprinkles, mini marshmallows or sliced strawberries if desired.
