Ingredients

  • 1 kg Avocado
  • 210 g Graham Crackers
  • 300 ml Condensed Milk
  • 500 ml All Purpose Cream

Instructions

  • Slice open 1 kilo of avocado.
  • Remove the seeds.
  • Use a spoon to get the avocado and place it in a bowl.
  • Mash the avocado.
  • In a separate container, add 2 packs/ 500 ml of All Purpose Cream.
  • Mix/ whisk until double in volume.
  • Add 1 can of condensed milk (chilled overnight).
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Add the mashed avocado.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • In a separate container, add a small amount of the mixture on the bottom part.
  • Place 210 grams/ 1 pack of graham crackers.
  • Then, layer the cream mixture.
  • Place the graham crackers after the cream mixture.
  • Layer again with cream mixture. Repeat the process until all ingredients are consumed.
  • Repeat the process until all ingredients are consumed.
  • Add crushed graham on top (optional). Then, freeze overnight.
  • Top with sliced avocado.
  • Freeze overnight.
