Love graham cakes? Here’s a twist to our all time favorite dessert. Fruit cocktail graham float is a heavenly dessert in a cup or glass composed of layers of crushed graham, kremdensada and fruit cocktail; topped with a piece of lovely cherry fruit.
This dessert is so simple and easy to make. Just whisk the kremdensada, prepare the graham mixture and layering them and the fruit cocktail in a cup or glass.

HOW TO make FRUIT COCKTAIL GRAHAM FLOAT ( No Bake Dessert )
To start with, in a bowl, whisk kremdensada until it doubles in volume.Set aside and chill.
In a separate bowl, gradually mix margarine to crushed graham crackers. On a cup or glass of your choice, layer the graham mix to your desired height. Gently press it to evenly compress the graham mixture. Pour in chilled kremdensada with the same height of the graham then add in some fruit cocktail. Layer in graham mixture and top with fruit cocktail. Repeat layering graham mixture, kremdensada and fruit cocktail until you reach the top edge of the cup or glass or your preferred height. Finish with a cherry on top. Freeze/Chill overnight or for at least 2 hours. Serve and enjoy.
can we use regular graham crackers and just crush it?
Definitely yes, however, make sure that you crush it very finely so that it will have a fine and soft texture in the mouth.
Tips on Cooking this recipe
- You can add other toppings you desire like sliced fresh fruits, candy sprinkles and crushed chocolate.
- You can chill the kremdensada overnight before whisking it to make it easier to double its volume.
- The order of layered ingredients as well as their amount depends to your preference.

- 200 grams Crushed Graham Crackers
- 60 grams Margarine melted
- 432 grams Fruit Cocktail drained

- In a bowl, whisk chilled kremdensada until it doubles in volume. Set aside and chill.

- Ona cup or glass of your choice, layer the graham mix to your desired height.
- Gently press it to evenly compress the graham mixture.
- Pour in chilled kremdensada with the same height of the graham then add in some fruit cocktail.
- Layer in graham mixture and top with fruit cocktail.
- Repeat layering graham mixture, kremdensada and fruit cocktail until you reach the top edge of the cup or glass or your preferred height.
- Finish by placing a piece of cherry on top.
- Freeze/Chill overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- Serve and enjoy.
