Tips on Cooking this recipe

For Oreo Graham cake:

  • Chill all purpose cream and condensed milk before using for more frothiness.
  • Use square or rectangular pans relative to the size of the graham crackers to make it easier to layer.

For the Fruit Cocktail Salad:

  • Make sure that the fruit cocktail is drained very well. The shelf life of the salad may be reduced if there are a lot of juice mixed in with the salad.
  • You can pre-mix the cream and milk first before putting the fruit cocktail to make it easier to mix thoroughly.
  • You can add nata de coco and kaong if desired.
