Buko Salad or Fruit Salad a Christmas Recipes Desserts. Buko Salad or Fruit salad made from strips of fresh coconut or Buko with Condensed Milk, All Purpose Cream, and Other Fruits.

Ingredients:

262 grams Buko
250 ml All-purpose cream
390 grams Condensed milk
340 grams Nata de Coco
240 grams Kaong
507 grams Fruit cocktail (Drained)
61 grams Pineapple bits

Procedure:

  1. First, we need to drain the liquid from our ingredients.
  2. Drain 507 grams of fruit cocktail using a strainer then place it in a deep bowl.
  3. Next, drain liquid from 240 grams of Kaong and then add to the fruit cocktail in the same bowl.
  4. Drain the liquid from the 240 grams of Nata de Coco then add to the same bowl.
    5.. Drain the water from 61 grams of pineapple bits then add to the same bowl.
  5. Now, add the 262 grams of coconut strips to the fruit cocktail and mix everything well.
  6. Add 250 ml of All-purpose cream.
  7. Add 390 grams of condensed milk to the bowl and mix everything well then it’s ready to serve.
