Homemade Coffee Ice Cream Recipe
This ice cream recipe is a sweet way for coffee lovers to enjoy their favorite beverage in an ice cream form.
Ice cream may be made from dairy milk or cream flavored with a sweetener and any spice such as vanilla or cocoa. Satisfy your sweet cravings with this homemade coffee ice cream recipe made with instant coffee powder, all-purpose cream, chocolate syrup mixed with cashew nuts and chocolate chips.

How to make homemade coffee ice cream
Prechill 2 packs (250 ml each) of all-purpose cream. Pour the 2 packs of all-purpose cream into a mixing bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder. Blend the two ingredients using an electric mixer (or use a whisker). Add 1 can (or 300ml) of condensed milk and 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup. Blend the added ingredients in the mixture well. Beat vigorously to double the volume.
Mix 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of cashew nuts in the mixture. Pour the mixture into a container of your choice. Top with chocolate chips (or with your favorite ice cream toppers). Freeze overnight. Serve for desserts.
