Special Sukang Masarap na Sawsawan Pinoy Recipe.
Suka or Vinegar a type of Condiments which Usually added in Food.
This Recipe are best Serve in Lumpiang Togue, and even Fish Balls.
Ingredients:
37.80 grams Cucumber
1 Whole Onion
1 cup Suka/ Vinegar
5 pieces Calamansi
1/8 cup Sugar
Salt and Pepper

Procedure:
- Prepare 1 cup of vinegar in a bowl.
- Add 1/8 cup of sugar to the vinegar.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Add 1 piece of onion chopped.
- Add 37.8 grams of cucumber chopped.
- Squeeze 5 pieces of Calamansi and add the juice to the vinegar.
- Mix everything with the vinegar evenly.
This Special Suka is best with Lumpiang Toge
