500 grams Injoy Tapioca pearls
250 grams Brown sugar
2 liters Water

Tapioca Syrup:
250 ml Water
250 grams Brown sugar

  1. Boil 2 liters of water in a pot.
  2. Gradually add 500 grams of tapioca into the boiling water and allow to boil for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and wash the tapioca pearls.
  4. Make the syrup by dissolving 250 grams of sugar in 250 ml water in a sauce pan.
  5. Allow the syrup to boil until the dark brown color is achieved.
  6. Last, add the syrup into the cooked tapioca pearls and mix them together.
