Ingredients:
500 grams Injoy Tapioca pearls
250 grams Brown sugar
2 liters Water
Tapioca Syrup:
250 ml Water
250 grams Brown sugar

Procedure:
- Boil 2 liters of water in a pot.
- Gradually add 500 grams of tapioca into the boiling water and allow to boil for 30 minutes.
- Drain and wash the tapioca pearls.
- Make the syrup by dissolving 250 grams of sugar in 250 ml water in a sauce pan.
- Allow the syrup to boil until the dark brown color is achieved.
- Last, add the syrup into the cooked tapioca pearls and mix them together.
This Tapioca Pearl is best with Choco Jelly
