How to cook Oreo Cookie Pancakes without Eggs

Oreo Pancake

Crush two sachet or Oreo cookie sandwich. Place the crushed Oreo in a large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup of all-purpose cream, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon of fresh milk. Mix the ingredients then let it rest for 5 minutes. 

In a cooking pan, pour a portion of the pancake batter. Once the base is cooked flip to cook the other side of the pancake. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining pancake batter. Top with your favorite pancake syrup.
