Crispy Fries With Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
  • 1.5 ltr Cold Water
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 100 ml Fresh Milk
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 dash Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Chili

Instructions

  •  Prepare all needed ingredients 
  • Peel all the Potatoes needed and slice it into stick
  • Prepare 1.5 liters and put it into a bowl.
  • Put 1/4 Corn syrup on it and mix it well.
  •  Put the slice Potato on that bowl and mix it.
  •  Drain the slice potato and pat dry it using towel.
  • Boil some water and add the Potatoes on the boiling water.
  • Boil some water and add the Potatoes on the boiling water.
  • Put potato into a certain bowl
  • Add 1/4 cup of  Corn starch.
  • Gently toss potato to coat it with Corn starch.
  •  Blanch potatoes in cooking oil for 40-50 seconds.
  •  Freeze and chill the Potato for  at least 30 minutes.
  • Deep fry the Potato until it will turn it into golden brown.
  • For the Cheese sauce heat the pan and add Butter.
  • Add 100 ml milk and pinch of Salt.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Parsley.
  • Add pinch of Garlic Powder.
  • Add pinch of Chili Powder.
  • Dash of Black Pepper.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Sugar,
  • Mix it all well.
  • Add 1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese.
  • After making the sauce prepare the Potato fries.
  • Serve and Enjoy.
