  • ground pork
  • 320 grams catsup
  • 250 grams tomato sauce
  • 212.8 grams carrots
  • 250 grams potato
  • broth cube optional
  • salt
  • black ground pepper
  • water as needed
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pc onion


  • Pour some cooking oil into a hot pan.
  • Sauté 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 piece of chopped onion in the pan.
  • Add the ground pork, stir until the meat is cook.
  • Gradually add the diced potatoes and carrots. Let it cook.
  • To enhance the taste add pork broth cube.
  • Pour 250ml of tomato sauce let it boil for a while.
  • Add 320ml of catsup, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and a dash of ground pepper. Let it simmer.
