- 1 kilo Cassava
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Prepare the needed ingredients needed for this recipe.
Cut and peel the cassava and remove the middle part of cassava.
Grate it.
Drain the cassava grated for 30 minutes
Add sugar, salt and coconut milk unto it
Mix it well until well combined, then add some vanilla.
Grease pan with oil and pour out the cassava mixture and steam it for 30-50 minutes.
After that just flip the cassava upside down
Divide it into more smaller pieces.
Add grated cheese for toppings.
