- 500 grams Tofu/Tokwa
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 30 grams Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 pcs Egg
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 pc Onion
- 1 thumb size Ginger
- 1 pc Cauliflower
- Black Pepper
- Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Water
You need to prepare all the needed ingredients.
Slice the tofu into cubes.
Add some oyster sauce then add garlic powder and sesame oil and mix it well.
Pour the mixture onto Tofu Slices, next is to dredge tofu into cornstarch.
Prepare the heat pan and deep fry until tofu is golden brown.
Drain tofu from excess oil and then create a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil and mix it well.
Sautéed garlic, onion and ginger add red bell pepper.
Add the cauliflower and carrots then stir fry it.
Pour the sauce unto the recipe.
