Place 5-8 pieces of crab sticks in a bowl and add hot water.
Soak while preparing the other ingredients.
Slice 1 piece of carrot in Julienne.
Remove the skin and seeds of 1 piece cucumber and cut in Julienne.
Slice open 1 piece of mango (ripe).
Use a glass to remove the mango from its peel and slice in Julienne and cubes.
Cut 1 piece of onion (white).
Get the crab sticks you soaked earlier and shred it.
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of kewpie (mayonnaise), 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of honey, and a dash of black pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Add 1 tsp of honey and a dash of black pepper and mix again.
In a plate, place your lettuce.
Add the carrots, cucumber, onion, shredded crab sticks, corn (whole corn kernel), and mango.
Add mayonnaise dressing on top.
