Easy Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream (FRESH!)

Ingredients

  • 250 g Strawberry
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 500 ml All Purpose Cream
  • 300 ml Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Strawberry Flavoring

Instructions

  • In a blender, add 250 grams of strawberry (ripe) and 2 tbsp of sugar.
  • Blend or mince the strawberry.
  • In a separate bowl, add 2 packs / 500 ml of All Purpose Cream (chilled overnight).
  • Mix until double in volume.
  • In the same bowl, add 300 ml / 1 can of condensed milk (chilled overnight).
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Add strawberry puree.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Add 1 tsp of strawberry flavor (optional) and mix until well combined.
  • Slice strawberries.
  • Add the strawberry slices in the strawberry mixture.
  • Mix.
  • Transfer the mixture in a pan or container.
  • Cover with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
