Easy Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream (FRESH!)

- 250 g Strawberry
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 500 ml All Purpose Cream
- 300 ml Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Strawberry Flavoring
In a blender, add 250 grams of strawberry (ripe) and 2 tbsp of sugar.
Blend or mince the strawberry.
In a separate bowl, add 2 packs / 500 ml of All Purpose Cream (chilled overnight).
Mix until double in volume.
In the same bowl, add 300 ml / 1 can of condensed milk (chilled overnight).
Mix until well combined.
Add strawberry puree.
Mix until well combined.
Add 1 tsp of strawberry flavor (optional) and mix until well combined.
Slice strawberries.
Add the strawberry slices in the strawberry mixture.
Mix.
Transfer the mixture in a pan or container.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate overnight.
