Ingredients

  • 8 Pcs Saging na Saba (Banana)
  • Brown Sugar
  • Skewers
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Peel 8-10 pcs of banana saba.
  • While peeling the banana, add oil in a pot for deep frying.
  • Add the peeled banana saba and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add brown sugar based on your preferred sweetness.
  • Stir the banana once the sugar has caramelized.
  • Skewer using big and thick banana cue stick (2 pieces of saba in 1 stick).
