Ingredients

  • 500 g Shrimp Paste
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 82 g Pork
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Cup Sprite

Instructions

  • In a pan, add 2-3 tbsp of oil.
  • Add 82 grams of pork.
  • Stir to cook.
  • Add 5 cloves of garlic.
  • Stir to cook.
  • Add 500 grams of shrimp paste.
  • Stir.
  • Add 2 cups of sprite.
  • Squeeze 2 pieces of calamansi.
  • Simmer.
  • Add ¼ cup of sugar and a dash of black pepper to taste.
  • Stir.
  • Add chili (optional).
  • Simmer until slightly dries up.
