- 500 g Shrimp Paste
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 82 g Pork
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Cup Sprite
In a pan, add 2-3 tbsp of oil.
Add 82 grams of pork.
Stir to cook.
Add 5 cloves of garlic.
Stir to cook.
Add 500 grams of shrimp paste.
Stir.
Add 2 cups of sprite.
Squeeze 2 pieces of calamansi.
Simmer.
Add ¼ cup of sugar and a dash of black pepper to taste.
Stir.
Add chili (optional).
