Ingredients

  • 500 grams Fried Chicken Wings
  • 1/3 cup Hot Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Deep fry the chicken wings until crispy or golden brown. 
  • Remove the chicken from the pan then put into the paper towel to remove the excess oil. 
  • In a pre-heated pan, melt the butter then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Stir in the ketchup, hot sauce, sugar and salt until well combined. 
  • Add chicken wings and toss until well combined or coated. 
  • Serve and enjoy.
