- 500 grams Fried Chicken Wings
- 1/3 cup Hot Sauce
- 3 tbsp Salted Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
- Salt
Deep fry the chicken wings until crispy or golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the pan then put into the paper towel to remove the excess oil.
In a pre-heated pan, melt the butter then sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in the ketchup, hot sauce, sugar and salt until well combined.
Add chicken wings and toss until well combined or coated.
Serve and enjoy.
