Bangus Steak | Fish Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pc Bangus / Milk Fish
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 12 pcs Calamansi
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Liquid Seasoning
  • 3 pcs Red Onion
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, season the bangus with liquid seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and calamansi juice and coat them well then marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
  • In a preheated pan, put some oil and fry garlic until crispy or golden brown then set aside.
  • In another pan, put some oil then add onion and soy sauce then sauté. Then dash some black pepper add sugar and seasoning.
  • Add some onions and add the slurry mixture then mix, after making the sauce.
  • Add the fried bangus and sprinkle it with fried garlic and garnish with parsley.
