- 1 pc Bangus / Milk Fish
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 12 pcs Calamansi
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 10 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Liquid Seasoning
- 3 pcs Red Onion
- Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Water
In a bowl, season the bangus with liquid seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and calamansi juice and coat them well then marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
In a preheated pan, put some oil and fry garlic until crispy or golden brown then set aside.
In another pan, put some oil then add onion and soy sauce then sauté. Then dash some black pepper add sugar and seasoning.
Add some onions and add the slurry mixture then mix, after making the sauce.
Add the fried bangus and sprinkle it with fried garlic and garnish with parsley.
