- 2 & 1/2 cups Rice Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 cup Cheese
- 1 can Coconut Cream
- 2 tbsp Ube Flavoring
- 3 pcs Egg
- Quick-melt cheese
- Salted egg
- Margarine
- Shredded Coconut
Prepare all the ingredients needed.
Then next in a large mixing bowl, combine rice flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and mix until well-combined.
Afterwards add coconut milk, vegetable oil, melted butter, egg and mix until well-combined.
Then add the cheese and mix and set aside. Toast your banana leaves and put them in the molder.
After that pour the batter into the molder and add sliced salted egg then bake the bibingka for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
After the bibingka is freshly cooked brush with star margarine for better taste.
