Ingredients

  • 2 & 1/2 cups Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 1 can Coconut Cream
  • 2 tbsp Ube Flavoring
  • 3 pcs Egg
  • Quick-melt cheese
  • Salted egg
  • Margarine
  • Shredded Coconut

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients needed.
  • Then next in a large mixing bowl, combine rice flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and mix until well-combined.
  • Afterwards add coconut milk, vegetable oil, melted butter, egg and mix until well-combined.
  • Then add the cheese and mix and set aside. Toast your banana leaves and put them in the molder.
  • After that pour the batter into the molder and add sliced salted egg then bake the bibingka for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
  • After the bibingka is freshly cooked brush with star margarine for better taste.
