- 1 pc Ampalaya
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 pcs Tomato
- 1 pc Onion
- Black pepper
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 pcs Eggs
- Magic Sarap
- Cooking Oil
Prepare all needed ingredients.
Slice the Ampalaya and remove the seeds on it.
Slice it in small pieces and then put in into bowl and add salt on it mix it well until salt turn to liquid.
Rinse with water and rinse it thoroughly.
Prepare some eggs and beat it and season with salt and black pepper.
Saute garlic and onions add some tomato and add the ampalaya.
Simmer it for 3 minutes. Add water and season it with magic sarap or chicken cubes, dash some black pepper.
Pour the beaten egg stir it immedietly and after a few minutes, you can now eat your Ginisang Ampalaya w/Egg.
