Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded Fresh Buko
  • 1 cup Nata De Coco
  • 2 packs All Purpose cream
  • 390 grams Condensed Creamer (Buko Pandan Flavor)

Instructions

  • Preapare all the ingredients needed.
  • On your selected container put all-purpose cream on container, then mix it until double in volume.
  • Add condensed creamer, then mix it well until well combined.
  • Add fresh buko and nata de coco, then mix it until well combined, transfer it to your preferred container.
  • After that put plastic cellophane on it, if the container is open then freeze it overnight or for 6 hours.
