- 1 cup Shredded Fresh Buko
- 1 cup Nata De Coco
- 2 packs All Purpose cream
- 390 grams Condensed Creamer (Buko Pandan Flavor)
Preapare all the ingredients needed.
On your selected container put all-purpose cream on container, then mix it until double in volume.
Add condensed creamer, then mix it well until well combined.
Add fresh buko and nata de coco, then mix it until well combined, transfer it to your preferred container.
After that put plastic cellophane on it, if the container is open then freeze it overnight or for 6 hours.
