  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare all of the ingredients.
  • Turn on the gas stove or charcoal griller.
  • Grill two medium-sized eggplants until the skin is charred.
  • Remove the eggplant skin, then flatten it with a fork.
  • Mash the eggplant gently, then prepare 2 eggs and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Pour the egg into the eggplant and fry it in a pan with some cooking oil.
