Shrimp & Bacon Chowder Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Shrimp
  • 110 grams Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Potato
  • 1/2 cup Corn
  • 1/2 cup Carrots
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 250 ml All Purpose Cream
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • 2 &1/2 cup Water
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients.
  • Add the bacon into the pot and fry them, after was cooked separate the bacon.
  • Put the shrimp into the pot and fry them too and season them with small amount of salt, black pepper,garlic powder.
  • Cook it for 5 minutes.  After it was cooked put them into the bowl.
  • Put the olive oil into the pot and add the potato,carrots,onion,garlic, 1 chicken cubes and add water.
  • Boil them for 5 minutes after 5 min add the corn,all purpose cream and the cooked shrimp and bacon
  • Simmer them for 15 minutes.
  • After that, put cornstarch and a little bit of water into the small bowl and add it into the pot and mix it well.
  • Season it with salt,black pepper, and parsley and it is ready to serve.
