HOW TO COOK Shrimp & Bacon Chowder Recipe

First prepare all the ingredients and add the bacon into the pot and fry them, after was cooked separate the bacon and the put the shrimp into the pot and fry them too and season them with small amount of salt, black pepper,garlic powder and cook it for 5 minutes.  After it was cooked put them into the bowl and put the olive oil into the pot and add the potato,carrots,onion,garlic, 1 chicken cubes and add water and boil them for 5 minutes after 5 min add the corn,all purpose cream and the cooked shrimp and bacon and simmer them for 15 minutes. After that, put cornstarch and a little bit of water into the small bowl and add it into the pot and mix it well then, season it with salt,black pepper, and parsley and it is ready to serve.

What size of shrimp to use?

We use little shrimp. Larger shrimp could be used, but they take longer to cook and are more challenging to throw. Smaller shrimp, however, require more time to cook and consume, but since our recipe is for soup, this small shrimp will be ideal.

What can we use if we Parsley is not available?

Although it comes from the mint family, oregano has a distinct savory flavor. While you should use less oregano than parsley because it has a much stronger flavor.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Shrimp
  • 110 grams Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Potato
  • 1/2 cup Corn
  • 1/2 cup Carrots
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 250 ml All Purpose Cream
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • 2 &1/2 cup Water
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions
